Elizabeth Dukovich joined Civic News Company as the Senior Director of Operations, Philanthropy in November 2025. Her career has spanned several education-focused nonprofits where she refined fundraising operations, built new grants systems, and applied her twin loves of prose and research to grant writing. Most recently, Elizabeth served as the Director of Grants & Proposal Management at Bottom Line, where she built and launched their first centralized grants function. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in History from UC Davis and an M.A. in History from California State University Sacramento.
